2. Description of Service

ExemptWatch is a compliance monitoring and reminder service for tax-exempt organizations. We help organizations track IRS filing deadlines and receive automated reminders. ExemptWatch is not a tax preparation service and does not provide tax or legal advice.

3. IRS Data Disclaimer

ExemptWatch relies on publicly available IRS data sources including the EO Business Master File and the Auto-Revocation List. This data may lag behind actual filing activity by up to 60 days. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of IRS-sourced information. Always verify filing status directly with the IRS.

4. Subscription and Billing

ExemptWatch offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExemptWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed filing deadlines, loss of tax-exempt status, or inaccurate IRS data. Your use of ExemptWatch is at your own risk.
